The third week gives you deep, reflective exercises that allow you to analyze your Saboteurs and come up with strategic steps to help you overcome long-standing internal barriers.

Week 4: Sage Power
This week, you'll explore how empathy supports your steady, compassionate nature. You’ll dive into how this power influences your mental fitness and relationships.

Week 5: Sage Perspective
Week five provides you with the mental tools to keep innovating- no matter the challenge- knowing that each moment holds potential for positive change.

This week focuses on aligning your enthusiasm and energy with your goals. You’ll learn how to activate your inner strength in a calm, balanced way that feels purposeful and fulfilling.
