My education includes master’s degrees in transpersonal psychology (MA) as well as strategic business management (MBA). I’m also a certified professional coach (CPCC) and a licensed coach for Positive Intelligence programs (PQ). I continue to deepen my offering of Relational Somatic Healing (RSH), a therapeutic modality that aims to heal developmental trauma while also recognizing the client’s wholeness, resilience, and life force.

My passion since my earliest years has been my spiritual life journey through the exploration of mysticism and peak experiences. As an adult and after years of meditation practice, my practice began to include one-on-one journeys (mini retreats) and group retreats where I lead people deeper into themselves. I’ve now guided more than 300 individuals through this process, and each experience has been unique in its alignment to that person’s singular needs.

Before becoming a Guide and a Counselor, I spent 18 years working in training and development within the corporate nonprofit sector. I’ve worked within organizations highlighting the psychic readings of Edgar Cayce and the deep ecumenicism of Perennial Philosophy. I also played a pivotal role in launching the first Fair Trade Certification in the USA, one of my peak career experiences.
